Aerotech Industrial Company Limited is a manufacturer of Grilles, Diffusers, Louvres, Dampers, Acoustic Products and Accessories for the heating, ventilating and air conditioning industry. Our company has been in business since 1993. Manufacturing and warehouse facilities provide 50,000 square feet of production space are located in Doungan, PRC. Our sales office is located in Hong Kong.
Over the years the Company has developed a reputation for providing an extensive range of attractively styled and well-engineered products at competitive prices. With full sales and technical support, Aerotech is able to provide high standards of customer service and can respond quickly and efficiently to the many and varied demands of the building services industry.
From sales of less than USD 1 million in 1994 the Company achieved consistent rapid growth at just under USD 3 million in 1997.
Employing nearly 200 personnel and spread across six product divisions, Aerotech have a large labour resource and a wide cross breadth of relevant experience upon which to draw.
Specific areas of advantage include:
Aerotech in-house Tooling and Engineering Division design and fabricate all types of machine/press tools and special jigs and fixtures for in-house use. This vital resource enables Aerotech to maintain quality standards, provide a rapid response to the market/product changes and lends itself well to satisfying special designs and product requirements.
The Press Shop manufactures all the piece parts for the specific product centres and corner cleat, again adding flexibility control and speed to lead times.
The Company designs, manufactures, assembles and inspects its products to ensure that they are suitable for the purpose for which they are specified, either as described in standard Company literature or as agreed in the contract to meet with the customer’s needs and expectations.
In order to ensure that this policy is effectively implemented a system of quality assurance ISO 9002 is approval on December 2000.
